Ownership and Authenticity:

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the items submitted and have the legal right to sell them.

Valuation and Final Offer:

• If your items meet our criteria, you will receive a valuation or offer for a direct sale via email.
• It is your responsibility to check your email, including spam or junk folders, for our response. If you experience technical issues, you can always reach out to us directly at info@britannicauctions.com.
• Once you agree to the offer and send your items, the offer is final, and no further negotiations will be made. Offer amounts are based on current auction market values for similar items, which take into account factors such as rarity, condition, and demand.
• Please note that offers are not retail prices, as we are a business and account for operational costs.
• You are not obligated to accept the offer once it is made.

Shipping Responsibility:

• For sellers located in the United States, we will provide a prepaid shipping label with tracking for free.
• Sellers outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for international shipping and insurance.
• Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. For example, use sturdy boxes, protective materials such as bubble wrap, and seal packages securely to avoid shifting during transit. Detailed packaging instructions will be provided to ensure safe transport.
• We are not liable for any issues that occur during shipping, including but not limited to items arriving empty, being damaged, or being lost in transit. Responsibility for proper packaging lies solely with the sender.
• If Britannic Auctions insures the label, any claims for loss or damage must be filed by us. Sellers will be notified
  about claim outcomes, and we will guide them through any necessary follow-up actions, if applicable.

Payment Information:

• You must provide accurate payment information, such as your mailing address, PayPal email, Venmo username,
  or phone number for payment processing.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details.
• This applies specifically to items submitted for direct sale.
