This vintage oversized, double-weight portrait of Gary Cooper, photographed circa 1941, sold for $465 in 2022 at Britannic Auctions. The photo shows the High Noon star in a relaxed pose, leaning on a saddle with a cigarette in hand. It was signed and inscribed in 1952 to Warner Brothers publicity man Graham Wahn. The inscription reads: "To Bob Graham – With about a thousand thanks and my very best regards, Gary Cooper, 1952."

Despite its dual signatures from both Cooper and the photographer, as well as its origin from the Baxter archive, the somewhat lower price was influenced by market conditions at the time - that's just the nature of an auction.
